 Before installing any SSL certificates, first please make sure your website is having it's own unique IP address. If you are on a shared IP address you won't be able to take advantage of SSL features. If you wish to install an own IP address for your website, first please purchase an IP address from the Buy Additional Services menu of the control panel. Then go to Advanced options to set that IP address for your desired web site. Then please contact technical support with your SSL Private Key code and we will install the ceritificate for you in the web server core.
