How do I get my web site log files?

Web site log files can be downloaded from both the control panel and FTP. Please enter the Log File Manager menu to download log files for the past 7 days. From there you can also turn on Error logging if you need the error log for any debugging purposes.
All log files are also available for downloading in the "logs" directory of your FTP account.
