First please make sure that your account has not expired or has not reached 100% of the monthly bandwidth limit. Accounts that are suspended will show error 404(not found) on all files. If your account has been suspended, you simply need to log into the control panel and take the corresponding actions for renewing your account or purchasing additional bandwidth. After the procedure has been completed your website will be automatically reactivated within one hour.
If your website is accessible as a whole, but you get error 404 on certain pages, please check your paths and keep in mind that directory and file names are case sensitive.
If you still experience difficulties, please contact technical support for assistance.
