Do you automatically charge my credit card?

 No. We do not store any credit card details in our database so we cannot make automated charges. Each payment has to be done personally by the customer from the hosting control panel. This is how we guarantee there are absolutely no hidden charges. When it is time to renew a certain web hosting service, an e-mail will be sent to the customer's e-mail address on file informing of the upcoming charge and the customer should log into the control panel to add the neccessary amount of money to the account balance.
